| Yay, I lost another 2.5 lbs which gives me a total of 22 lbs lost.
Honestly, I expected to have lost more by the end of the 3rd month, but I
guess I can't complain. This means that I lost 4 lbs this month. Not
great, but I'll take it. I'm still really hoping to be down 35-40 lbs by
the time we go to CA. I think its feasible since I have 2 months (7-8
weeks) to do it. I basically need to lose about 2 lbs a week. We'll
see!
I haven't talked about my reality shows in quite awhile. I just have to
vent about American Idol. I was so disgusted and mad about the reaction
Mandisa got to her song on Tuesday. I think it's ridiculous that they are
judging her harshly because she sang a religious song. Now don't get me
wrong, I don't think it was her best performance, but she was WAY better
than almost everyone else. It just makes me mad when they write her off
right away just because of the song. Grrr. I voted like 500 times for her
just out of spite for the judges! :-)
Anyway, sorry I don't update as much anymore. I'm sure everyone is quite
upset with me. You know, my posts are so entertaining, right? :-) I'll try
to do better!

| Sorry I haven't posted in so long. I'm now down 21 lbs. The weight loss has slowed down some but I'm still plugging along and enjoying watching the scale go down rather than up. I'm hoping to be down at leaast another 10-15 before we go out to CA at the end of May. We'll see!! | | |
| It's been awhile since I've updated. It's such a pain in the butt now that I can't post at work. To think that they actually want us to work and not read blogs. Sheesh!! Anyway, I've lost some more weight since I last posted. I'm now down 18 lbs. Pretty cool. My goal was to have lost 20 lbs by the end of Feb, but I guess 18 is pretty good.
I thought this week on AI was pretty boring. I hated most of the songs. I loved Chris though. He rocked the house. I was glad Brenna finally got kicked off. I couldn't take any more of that posing! Grrrr. I'm kind of in a funk now that some of my shows are off. I just started watching Apprentice and Amazing Race, so hopefully those can help fill the void that the Bachelor and DWTS left behind. I know, I'm pathetic!

| Well, I emailed yesterday's post and it looks like the HTML code worked, so
I'm going to try again today. This really stinks! Anyway, last night we
went and got our tax forms back from our tax preparer. We're getting a
decent refund back from Federal but ended up having to pay some to State.
Which is strange since last year we got a refund. Stink! We're planning to
use our refund to buy new carpet for the house, redo our master bathroom,
and buy a new TV. I seriously don't think it will stretch that far but I
guess we can try!! We need a new TV so bad. The one in the living room
will just turn off in the middle of a show now and you have to go hit it to
turn it back on. Very fun! :-) Of course Matt wants to get a nice
(meaning...expensive!) TV and I think we can just get by with a basic one.
We'll see who wins this battle. I'm sure he will!
Last night I watched American Idol. I was actually quite impressed with
several of the girls. They did a great job. We'll see how long it lasts.
I'm interested in watching the guys tonight. Oh, BTW, I'm obsessed with
figuring out who Travis will pick on the Bachelor. I think and hope it will
be Sarah, but who knows. I'm looking forward to next week! Woot Woot!

| Well this is stupid. The base has now blocked Xanga! So, I'm emailing this
post. I knew it would happen sooner or later, but I wish it would have been
later. Grrrrrr. I bet this will significantly reduce the posts from Base
personnel! :-) And I hate emailing posts because they always look like
crap. For some reason it doesn't let me use separate paragraphs. Oh well.
I wonder if I can use HTML tags? I'll try it so if you see them, obviously
it didn't work!
My brother won on Saturday which was pretty cool! I'll have to post a pic
later. I pretty much stuck to my diet which is good. I may have had a few
extra points, but nothing too bad. The best news was that this morning I
was down another 2 lbs! Woot Woot! So, that's a total of 16.5lbs down
since Jan 3. I was hoping for 20lbs gone by the end of the month, but that
would mean I'd have to lose 3.5lbs this week and I doubt that will happen.
But I guess losing 10 lbs a month is a big goal anyway. We'll see! I'm not
going to post my points from yesterday right now because it will probably
just look like crap. Maybe later when I get home. Anyway, hope you all
